Pine Creek Medical Center’s ENT Department has the most complete and modern equipment for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical and surgical disorders of the ear, nose and throat.
Staffed by a skilled interdisciplinary team of ENT specialists or otolaryngologists who treat conditions of the head and neck, the ENT Department caters to many different kinds of disorders. We have treated hearing loss by inserting cochlear implants, performed myringotomy or incision of the eardrums to treat complications of middle ear infections, as well as performed placement of tympanostomy tubes to prevent build-up of fluid and pus in the ears.
Our ENT’s are also skilled in removing vocal chord nodules and polyps (small growths on the vocal chords) that can cause hoarseness of the voice. Our ENT surgeons have successfully performed endoscopic surgeries to treat sinus disorders as well.
In addition, Pine Creek Medical Center also treats head and neck cancers and other growths of various types. Thyroid growths are treated with thyroidectomy (complete removal of the thyroid) and lobectomy (partial excision of one of the lobes) depending on patient’s needs and diagnosis.
Here, we promote research and continuing educational programs related to problems of the ears and upper respiratory tract. Different kinds of procedures such as laryngoscopy, tonsillectomy, and other surgeries can be performed at reasonable costs.
Otoscopes to examine the ears, endoscopes, and other diagnostic instruments.
Pine Creek Medical Center’s complete line of medical equipment and surgical instruments are designed to meet the needs of individuals seeking medical help with problems with the ears, nose, and throat.
